The Tours

Every Jeep includes a friendly expert wrangler guide and cold bottled water. Guests hop in and out for talks, demonstrations, and short desert walks.

Jeep Rally: Team-Building Tour

We split your group into teams, each with its own Jeep and wrangler, for a friendly desert competition. Scavenger hunts, photo challenges, and local trivia spark creativity, teamwork, and plenty of laughter.
Desert Ecology Tour
~2 hours
Explore the real Sonoran Desert — its history, plants, and wildlife — and marvel at the giant saguaro up close. Guests hop in and out for talks and meet some amazing desert critters.

Trailhead Transportation

We can shuttle your group from most resorts, or your group can self-transport or arrive by coach at no charge.

Round-trip shuttle
We bring your group out to the trailhead and back.
One-way shuttle
Transport out to the trailhead. Events ending after dark will need return transport arranged separately.
Self-transport / coach
Your group arrives in its own vehicles or an arranged coach. No charge.
The essentials

Tour Details

What's included
An expert wrangler guide and cold bottled water on every Jeep, with interpretive stops for demos, photos, and short walks.
Capacity
6–7 guests per vehicle (6 for comfort). Fleet of up to 14 vehicles = up to 100 guests at full seating, with more available in scheduled waves. Varies by season & availability.
Timing
Durations exclude transfer time. Start and end times are flexible — we suggest beginning when it's most comfortable.
Transportation to the trailhead
We can shuttle your group from most locations. Self-transport or an arranged coach is welcome at no charge.
Expanded fleet
Groups needing more than 10 vehicles add a per-vehicle premium for the extra insurance, maintenance, and coordination.
Gratuity
Always optional. We add an optional per-guide gratuity line to every invoice, which you can adjust or remove.

Western-themed games — BB-gun target shooting, archery, and roping. Great for team building.
Brews & Views
Craft beer and seltzer onboard for guests 21+ (two drinks per person), can be enjoyed on the trail at White Stallion Ranch or at a picnic stop in the Park.
Prickly Pear Kettle Popcorn
Two shareable bags per Jeep, dusted with real prickly-pear fruit powder — slightly sweet, slightly tangy.

The Desert Pavilion is a covered outdoor event space reserved exclusively for your group — wooden picnic tables with linens, clean indoor restrooms, bistro lighting, and easy coach-bus access. Pick a menu and bar below and we'll add your dinner automatically.

FAQ & Accessibility

Accessibility & mobility

Tours involve getting in and out of the vehicle and may include a short walk. Guests who are pregnant or have neck or back concerns should check with their doctor first. Tell us about any mobility needs when booking and we'll help choose the best-fit tour.

What should guests wear and bring?

Closed-toe walking shoes (no sandals), comfortable layers, a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen. We provide plenty of cold bottled water.

What happens if it rains?

Tours run rain or shine. We provide rain ponchos and can enclose the vehicle if needed, and may adjust a tour at our discretion to keep everyone safe.

How many guests can you host?

Up to 100 guests at full seating with our fleet of up to 14 vehicles, or more in scheduled waves. Capacity varies by season and availability. Desert dining events accommodate groups from 20 to 200.
